The minimum booth area is 12 square meters.

When you submit your application, it is only for your stand space at PeriLog –  fresh logistics Asia. By default, it includes a mandatory entry in the exhibitor directory (both online directories and those at the event), one basic entry in the show catalog, and worker and exhibitor passes. You will be billed separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services, and advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.

Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application together with and admission invoice by email, which must be paid 45 days before the show. All invoiced amounts on all Messe Muenchen Shanghai Co., Ltd. Invoices that are related to the event are to be paid in full by credit transfer to the account specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor's company name and invoice number. Any additional charges and service fees related to payment will be borne by the exhibitor.

Exhibitors are free to have co-exhibitors at their stands. The main exhibiting company (which leases space from the organizer) must fill out and sign the co-exhibitor application form. Co-exhibitors are also subject to approval to exhibit.
